WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are dispatched from the UK within 24 hours of your online purchase. If that time falls on a weekend, your package will be shipped the following week day
If you are located in the UK or Europe, your package will arrive the day after it has been shipped
If your shipping address is Bali, we do have staff and hold stock there, so if your item is in stock, we can arrange a local courier. If you wish to return your order, you can courier (or GOJEK) back to us on the island near Canggu
If you are located outside of UK, Europe or Bali (sometimes we may need to ship from UK if your desired piece is not in stock in Bali), your package may take up to 3 working days to arrive
There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time - we work with the best suppliers to ensure a quick delivery but unfortunately sometimes there are unforeseen issues, and customs sadly are out of our hands
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched which will include a tracking number and the name of the carrier

All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours
We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery
Please be aware that WeAreNativ does not take responsibility or have control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country etc. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by WeAreNativ, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges
If we have the piece you’ve ordered in Bali, we can send it to you on a local courier so there will be no duty involved. If you’d like to check if we have the piece you wish to order in stock in Bali please send us an email: email@example.com
WILL I HAVE TO COVER ANY RETURN RELATED COSTS?
Yes unfortunately, all costs related to return postage must be covered by the customer. Please see returns & exchanges for more info on how to return your order
